It deals with Changes in the State of Nova Canindé do Sul (New South Canindé), where the capital Ruthville is located.
Art. 1. From this date onwards, Nova Canindé do Sul will be called the State of Liberty (in Portuguese: Estado da Liberdade).
Art. 2. This change comes into force immediately.
