DECRETO N° 002/2023 de 1 de Fevereiro de 2023

The King of Kanindé, using his legal attributions and using the prerogatives royal decrees:

DECREE No. 002/2023

It fixes the date of the change of the Capital of the Kingdom and makes other arrangements:

Art 1. will be transferred, in the posting of this decree, the Capital of the Kingdom to the new Federal District already delimited in the micronation.

Art. 2. The Executive, Judiciary and Legislative Powers are authorized to take the necessary measures to compliance with the provisions of the previous article.

Art 3. The new capital will be called Ruthville within the State of New South Canindé (Nova Canindé do Sul)

Art 4. Points out that this Decree will come into force on the date of publication.
