THE KING OF KANINDÉ makes it known that the Crown Council approves and I sanction the following Law: INSTITUTIONAL SECURITY LAW OF THE KINGDOM OF KANINDÉ OF NOVEMBER 21, 2022 Art. 1° In view of the constant energy outages that plague the nation, the C.N.E.C (National Council for Energy and Fuels) was created to guarantee a reserve stock in the kingdom and prevent the Government from exercising its functions. Art. 2 Establishes the International Affairs Agency, which will be responsible for acting through diplomacy in cases of power failure and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs being unable to act as required by the constitution. Art. 3° The IAA will have the status of an intelligence agency, acting as counterintelligence for the Kingdom of Kanindé to avoid any actions harmful to the national territory.
